The Asia My Way 2025 mid-year meeting in Bangkok was one of the key moments in our collective journey. It brought together the directors of all our local agencies across Asia — a valuable opportunity to step back, assess progress, and define our priorities for the months ahead. The outcomes of this two-day gathering, held on 8–9 July 2025, proved particularly encouraging.

Results delivered – and well beyond expectations

At our previous meeting in November 2024, also held in Bangkok, we set out an ambitious roadmap:
    • Strengthening our operational presence across the Asia-Pacific region
    • Expanding into new language markets
    • Consolidating our local agencies and enhancing team expertise
    • Reinforcing our commitment to sustainable tourism
Less than a year on, the results speak for themselves:
    • Japan has confirmed its take-off and now stands as a strategic pillar of our operations in North-East Asia.
    • South Korea is experiencing remarkable growth, driven by a dynamic local team and a very positive reception in the German-speaking market.
    • The Italian and German-speaking markets, recently launched, are already showing highly promising performance.
    • Our commercial forecasts for 2025 have already been exceeded, reflecting strong demand for personalised, responsible travel rooted in local realities.

A momentum driven by people, vision, and innovation

This growth is built above all on:
    • A close-knit, multicultural and committed team
    • Strengthened collaborative and digital tools
    • A shared vision: to establish Asia My Way as a leading provider of tailor-made travel in Asia, able to meet the expectations of a discerning clientele across multiple languages and diverse cultural contexts.
